Payments Methods

Payment Schedule

Payments may be made in the following ways (no refunds will be given once a payment is made):

Monthly

Scheduled lessons are based on the number of weeks in the month. Payment is made in advance on the first of each month. 

Semester 1: September to December

Based on the number of scheduled weeks in the month from September to December. Please see online calendar online to ensure your scheduled week does not fall over a holiday

Semester 2: January to June

Based on the number of scheduled weeks in the month from January to June. Please see online calendar to ensure your scheduled week does not fall over a holiday.

Semester 3: July to August

Based on the number of weeks in the month from July to August. Please correspond with teacher to ensure summer vacation is accounted for.

Attendance

Attendance is mandatory for scheduled lessons; no refunds will be given. A make-up lesson will then be scheduled at a day and time agreeable to both parties. If the student fails to attend a scheduled lesson or fails to give sufficient notice of absence, a make-up lesson will not be given.

Make-up Lessons

Make-up lessons may not be redeemed in lieu of regularly scheduled lessons. A make-up lesson will be scheduled at a day and time agreeable to both parties.

If the teacher must cancel a scheduled lesson, the student reserves the right to either arrange a make-up or receive credit toward their next monthly statement.

Lateness

If a student is late for a lesson, the time lost will not be made up.

NSF cheques

All NSF cheques will be charged $20.00 in addition to the amount of the cheque owed.

Music Books

Books are not included in the lesson fee. Books are your responsibility to purchase
upon recommendation from your teacher.
